Following studies in literature, Mtre Roy graduated with a Law Degree from the University of Montréal in 2008. Member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2009, he practiced criminal law at the firm Girouard Pappas Roy until 2017, among some of best defence attorneys in town. He pleaded dozens of cases, have been involved in major cases and became well versed in searches and seizure issues.
He taught law at University of Ottawa, worked for some years for the Federal Government and launched a small farming business.
He now dedicates its practice to civil law, mainly on sureties and litigation.
Mtre Roy uses its practical and strategic experience to identify appropriate solutions to legal issues presented to him. He does that with dedication and empathy for all those involved.
