Josée Gamache was called to the Quebec Bar in 1989 after studying law at the University of Sherbrooke. She boasts the extensive experience that comes with many years of practice.
Originally from Abitibi, where she worked for a few years in civil, banking, and family law, Ms. Gamache moved to Outaouais in 1996 to open a new branch of the group she was practicing with at the time.
Ms. Gamache is known for her pragmatic and personalized approach to helping clients navigate disputes or legal difficulties, advocating conflict resolution over legal confrontation.
Ms. Gamache has seen her family law practice change and evolve over the years. She is currently active in various cases to help clients navigate the business and corporate aspects of the marital dissolution process.
Her practice consists of representing clients in matters of divorce, legal separation, common-law spouses, child custody, real estate division with or without unjust enrichment, and everything that comes with these types of cases.
Her many years of practice have given her a broad range of legal experience, from civil litigation in cases involving claims for damages and liability in the financial field to work with the Gomery Commission of Inquiry and specific personal cases (missing persons, presumptions of death, etc.).
Ms. Gamache has built a loyal client base that has been with her since her first days of practice.
