A dynamic and well supported team

Our team consists of both young and dynamic lawyers, hired through a demanding and selective process, and experienced lawyers. Together, they provide our clients with multidisciplinary expertise and strategic advice, whether for a trial, a negotiation or an opinion in a full range of legal areas.

Mtre Sébastien Dionne obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Sherbrooke in 2017.

During his studies, Mtre Dionne was a proud ambassador of the Faculty of Law and was greatly involved as a student with the Pro Bono Student Canada Network, whose mission is to provide free legal services, as well as the Legal Aid Office, Civil Section, in Coaticook. Upon completion of his studies, he was awarded the prize for the best thesis in the Juris Doctor’s program, which was a critical analysis of the state of law regarding the legal status of the human body regarding the emergence of biotechnology and the commercialization of the human body.

Having started his practice in Montreal, his practice is mainly focused on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis in the real estate and construction law sectors. He advises businesses and individuals, drafts legal opinions and pleadings, and represents his clients before the various judicial bodies in Quebec.

Mtre Dionne is motivated by finding and applying solutions and the implementation of practical strategies adapted to the needs of his clients.
